In 1935 he lived in Spassk, head of the housing department of the Spassky City Council; arrested and sentenced by the Special Board of the Far Eastern Regional Court on May 19, 1935 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 6 years in prison. Arrived in Ukhtpechlag on November 17, 1936 from Siblag. Released 04/01/1941. Rehabilitated in the 1935 case by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Courts of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on October 29, 1991
