Arrested 04/01/1952 in Sevastopol for “anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda among sailors.” Convicted 05/08/1952 Military Tribunal of the Black Sea Fleet under Art. 58-10, part 1, to 10 years of penal colony. Kept in Omsk. 06.11.1954 the case was reviewed by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, released on November 26, 1954. Rehabilitated on November 20, 1990. Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR. After his release, he lived in Dagestan, then in the Kyiv region, and worked at the Lugansk sugar factory. Arrested on October 10, 1959. in Kyiv for the production and distribution of anti-Soviet leaflets. Convicted on December 28, 1959. Kyiv Regional Court under Article 4, Part II and Article 7 of the Law on Responsibility for State Crimes to 7 years in the penal colony. Held in Moldova, camps No. 17, 7, 11, 10. Released on October 10, 1959. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyiv Region on July 1, 1991.
