Before his arrest, he worked as a leading engineer at the Central Research Institute "Rumb". Lived in Leningrad. Arrested on July 18, 1969. UKGB LO. By the verdict of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad City Court dated September 26, 1969. convicted under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of imprisonment in a penal colony. He was kept in Dubravlaga of the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Released on July 15, 1972. Rehabilitated on September 19, 1990.
