He was an active participant in the “Russian Club” and the “Club of Soviet-Bulgarian Creative Youth”. As a literary scholar and critic, he wrote review and thematic articles both on the work of modern writers (V. Astafiev, A. Zhigulin, etc.) and on the classics of critical realism of the 19th century. Author of the books “The Age of Fate” (1985), “The National Question in Russia” (1997), “A Series of Damned Days” (1998), etc.
