Genus. in 1884 in St. Petersburg, Russian, higher education, arrested 02/03/1924. accused under Art. 67, 69, 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (organization of an illegal brotherhood that was counter-revolutionary in nature and distributed propaganda leaflets and brochures). According to the resolution of the OS at the OGPU Collegium dated September 26, 1924. imprisoned in a concentration camp for 3 years, after serving his sentence by decree of September 16, 1927. deprived of the right to reside in 6 central provinces and the border strip for a period of 3 years. By resolution of the same body dated December 23, 1927. the term was reduced by ¼, by decree of 03/09/1928. the previous resolution was canceled and free residence was allowed. Rehabilitated on October 10, 1991.
