Born 11.03.1894 in the city of Pavlograd, Yekaterinoslav Governorate; Russian; from the nobility; higher education - graduated from the Petrograd Polytechnic Institute; no p. Head of the laboratory of the 5th department of the Ostekhbyuro since 1923. Lived in Leningrad (10-ya Sovetskaya St., bldg. 10/30, apt. 26). Arrested on 26.02.1935, charged under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (belonging to a counter-revolutionary organization). By the resolution of the Special Conference of the NKVD of the USSR dated 31.03.1935, as a "socially dangerous element", he was exiled for 5 years to the city of Atbasar, Karaganda region, Kazakh SSR. By the resolution of 27.06.1936, he was permitted to live with his family in the BAM construction area. From 1936 to 1942 - power engineer for voluntary employment of the construction department of the GULAG NKVD, from 1942 to 1954 - engineer of the Power Department of the Vorkutstroy NKVD. In 1954 he retired and settled in the village of Vyritsa in the Leningrad region. He died on 01/09/1979.
