Years of life: 1897-1938
Reproduction methods:
Born in 1897 in Zangezur district, Elisavetpol province; Armenian, from a priest's family; no military registration and ensign; ensign in the tsarist army; graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. Head of the 4th laboratory of the Ostekhbyuro. Lived in Leningrad, Divenskaya St., bldg. 8/5, apt. 29. Arrested on 21.09.1937. By a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad on 23.02.1938, he was sentenced to capital punishment under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was executed in Leningrad on 23.02.1938.
On 28.02.2016, an individual memorial sign was installed on the building at 21 Mira Street in memory of Ter-Markaryants E.A. as part of the "Last Address" project.
