Genus. in 1897 in the village. Gorka Bezhetsky U. Tver lips. (according to other data, in St. Petersburg); Russian; lower education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1927–1932. In 1934 he was sentenced under Art. 111 of the Criminal Code to 1 year of forced labor. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (Porokhovye, 1st line, no. 10, apt. 7); laborer (loader; according to other sources, storekeeper of the transport department) of the Okhtinsky chemical plant. Arrested 07/20/21/1936. Sentenced on December 26, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison and 5 years of disqualification with confiscation of property. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on 06/06/1957 by a ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
