Genus. in 1889 in the village of Dzygovka, Yampol district, Podolsk province; social democrat; worker, printer. In 1922 he lived in Odessa, a typesetter at the 1st State Printing House; was arrested twice. Arrested on April 12, 1923, sent to Butyrka prison. On November 23, 1923, he was sentenced by the Commission on Administrative Expulsions of the NKVD of the RSFSR for anti-Soviet activities to 2 years in prison (held in the Kremlin). On September 25, 1925, by resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu, he was exiled to Kolpashevo for 3 years. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Odessa Region on July 17, 1992.On November 30, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN.
