Genus. in 1902 in the city of Shklov, Gomel province; social democrat. In 1923 he lived in Odessa; furrier worker in the workshop; arrested 04/12/1923; sentenced by the Administrative Expulsion Commission of the NKVD of the RSFSR on November 23, 1923 to 2 years in prison (held in the Kremlin). In May 1925 he was transferred to the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward, and in July he was deported to the Narym region. According to other sources, on June 19, 1925, by resolution of the OSO at the Kogpu, he was early released from the concentration camp and deported to Siberia for 3 years. Lived in Parabel; in 1930 he lived in Voronezh. Arrested in 1930; sentenced in June 1930 to 3 years in a political prison; he served his sentence in the Suzdal political prison. In August 1933 he was exiled to Petropavlovsk (Kazakhstan). Rehabilitated in the 1923 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Odessa Region on July 17, 1992.
On April 20, 1938 he was sentenced to VMN.
