Born in 1894 in Leningrad. Party member, participated in the suppression of the Kronstadt mutiny. Worked in the plenipotentiary mission in Finland. Expelled from the party in 1937. Arrested on 02.02.1938. Sentenced on 20.03.1938 under Art. 58 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a labor camp without the right to correspondence. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on 03.03.1958.
