In 1938 – in exile in Tobolsk, he worked as an archivist at the Tobolsk State Archive; arrested 02/28/1938; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in the Omsk region on October 17, 1938 to VMN; shot 02.11.1938; burial place - Tobolsk. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case in November 1957.
