Genus. in 1890 in Smolensk or in the Smolensk province; Belarusian; higher education; anarchist, in 1918–1925 he was a member of the Secretariat of the All-Russian Federation of Anarchist-Communists. In 1929 he lived in Moscow; arrested in May 1929 on charges of resuming illegal counter-revolutionary anarchist activities and connections with anarcho-emigration and anarcho-exile; sentenced to 5 years in prison. He served in Verkhneuralsk, then in Suzdal political isolation wards. In March 1934 he was released and exiled to the Tomsk region. In 1935 he lived in the village of Kargasok, Tomsk Region, and worked as an inspector-accountant in the Rosintegralsoyuz office; arrested on March 18, 1935 on charges of counter-revolutionary activities; sentenced on July 25, 1935 to 3 years of exile. In 1937 - in exile in Tobolsk, he worked as an accountant for the Tobolsk courses of the Red Cross Society; arrested 03/20/1937; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD in the Omsk region on 08/05/1937 to VMN; shot 08/12/1937; burial place - Tobolsk. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case on 02/08/1957; in the case of 1935 - in July 1989.
