Genus. in 1901 in the village. Bolshoy Buyalyk, Odessa district, Kherson province; Jew; Higher education: graduated from a commercial and industrial technical school and the Institute of National Economy. In 1927 he lived in Odessa and was a member of the Odessa City Council. In 1929 he was arrested and accused of joining a counter-revolutionary organization; in April 1929 - December 1932 - in custody in the Tobolsk and Verkhneuralsk political isolation wards; in December 1932 - June 1934 - in exile in Central Asia; in 1934–1935 he lived at “minus 12” in Kursk; arrested in 1935 and sentenced to 5 years in labor camp. According to the archival certificate of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Kursk region No. 10/4-1482-upr. dated 12/07/1999, 05/21/1937, the charge was brought that, while serving exile, he did not stop anti-Soviet activities, was part of a counter-revolutionary Trotskyist sabotage organization in the planning bodies and commodity-producing network of the Kursk region, recruited new participants, carried out subversive work along the line financing in the Regional Plan. Arrested. Sentenced by the Troika at the NKVD in the Kursk region on August 20, 1937 under Art. 58-7, 10 and 11 to VMN; executed on August 22, 1937. Rehabilitated in November 1989.
