Genus. 04/18/1916 at the station. Qiqihar (Manchuria) in the family of a railway worker; Russian. Until 1935 he lived in Harbin, where he graduated from the 2nd Railway Gymnasium (7 classes); was a member of the Pioneer, then the Komsomol organizations, which were underground during the Japanese occupation. Before leaving for the USSR, he worked in Soviet institutions: as a packer in the Soviet Trade Fleet, as an assistant director in the Harbin Railway Junction Club. 05/21/1935 arrived in the USSR, in 1937 he lived in Kursk, worked as a sports instructor in the Burevestnik sports society; arrested on 08/06/1937 on charges of “systematically conducting anti-Soviet agitation among his acquaintances aimed at discrediting the activities of the Soviet government”; sentenced by the NKVD of the USSR and the Prosecutor of the USSR on October 28, 1937 under Art. 58-10 part 1 to VMN; executed on November 21, 1937; the probable burial place is Solyanka. Rehabilitated by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 31, 1956. Svert was registered in the Kirov regional registry office of the city of Kursk on 02/08/1958 according to act record No. 5.
