Genus. in 1910 in the village of Avdotyevka, Nikolaev province (Ukraine). In 1924 he began working at the Andre Marty shipbuilding plant in Nikolaev. At the same time, he studied at the factory, and after graduation, at the workers' faculty at the plant. With a Komsomol voucher, he entered the Naval Engineering School named after. F. E. Dzerzhinsky. In 1935, he graduated as a military engineer-shipbuilder and was appointed assistant commander of the BC-5 auxiliary vessel "Primorye" of the Pacific Fleet. In May 1935, he was transferred to the position of assistant military representative at Dalzavod in Vladivostok.
01/03/1938 arrested by the NKVD and kept in prison near the town of Bolshevo near Moscow. In 1941 sentenced to imprisonment for 10 years with further disqualification for five years. Since 1938, it was included in the Special Design Bureau of the NKVD. In 1946, after the experimental submarine was delivered, the group of designers who created it (16 people), including A.K. Nazarov, was released early from prison and sent to work at TsKB-18. In 1948 awarded the Stalin Prize of the second degree. In 1954 he was rehabilitated.
