Born July 2, 1876 in Orsk, Orenburg Region; Russian, from a family of hereditary honorary citizens; higher education - graduated from St. Petersburg University in 1899, lawyer; no record. Lived in St. Petersburg, served as an attorney. In 1917 - legal adviser to the International Bank and legal adviser to the board of the Kolchugino Railway Company. After the revolution, he served as a lawyer in the administrations of the Kaluga, Black Sea and Koporye Railways, as well as in the Fuel Inspectorate, in Petrugla, Petroles, and Sevzaplesprom. In 1932, he was arrested in Leningrad by the OGPU, sentenced to 5 years in a concentration camp "for illegal participation in philosophical circles." Imprisoned in Belbaltlag, released early after 2 years. Returned to Leningrad, address before second arrest: st. Marata, 61, apt. 37. Married, has an adult son and daughter. Worked as a legal adviser at the Sevzaples trust. Arrested on 03/07/1935 on charges of being a "socially dangerous element" and "anti-Soviet." Sentenced on 03/09/1935 by a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR under Article 58 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to exile with his wife and daughter to Turgay, Kazakhstan, for a term of 5 years (term from 03/07/1935). His wife and daughter were released from exile in May-June 1935 thanks to petitions from well-known individuals. Before his next arrest, he lived in the city of Kustanai in the Kustanai region, where he worked as a legal adviser for the "Zagotzerno" office. Arrested on 12/23/1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Kustanai region. Sentenced on 13.02.1938 by the troika of the NKVD for the Kustanai region under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment, executed on the same day. Rehabilitated on 18.04.1989 by the Kustanai regional prosecutor's office.
