Born in 1890 in the village of Malinniki, Bernovskaya volost, Staritsky district, Tver province; from peasants. Worked as a blacksmith in the Remstroykontor of the 1st RZhU, Oktyabrsky district, city of Leningrad. Arrested on 13.01.1945. Sentenced on 09.04.1945 under Art. 58-10. Placed in Psychiatric Hospital No. 3. Released on 29.10.1946. Died in 1959. Rehabilitated on 13.11.1991.

Author of "Memories of My Life", published in the magazine "On Russian Spaces", 2017, No. 2, 3, 4 .
