Pertsev Konstantin Konstantinovich
Former warrant officer, naval engineer
Genus. in 1894 in Smolensk; Russian; graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School and the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute; former warrant officer, naval engineer. Worked since 1922 at the Baltic Shipyard: shop engineer for underwater navigation, since 1928 - head. production planning department. Lived in Leningrad, st. Kirochnaya, 24, apt. 14. Arrested on January 16, 1930 by the OGPU in the Leningrad Region. He was accused of joining the criminal wrecking group at the Baltic Plant, together with V.K. Scorcelletti and K.I. Ruberovsky carried out acts of sabotage and received monetary rewards through Gelier and Scorcelletti. Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated April 30, 1931 under Art. 58 clauses 6, 7 and 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, he was sentenced to military punishment, commuted to imprisonment for a term of 10 years. On 01/02/1932 the sentence was changed to suspended. Released 01/07/1932.
