Genus. in 1903 in Kyiv; higher education. In 1929 he lived in Leningrad, a researcher in the ethnographic department of the Russian Museum; arrested 12/01/1929; according to some information, he was released on March 1, 1930 without charge, but was fired from the museum. 02/10/1931 sentenced by the Troika PP of the OGPU in the Leningrad Military District under Art. 58-11 to deportation to the East Siberian Territory for 3 years with confiscation of property. Died in 1942 in besieged Leningrad; burial place is unknown.
