Born 1888 in the city of Pushkin, Leningrad Region, Russian, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) from 08.1919 to 1950. Expelled due to arrest, education of the 3rd grade of primary school and courses for directors at the Industrial Academy, lived in Leningrad, V.O., 16th line, 15, kV.15, family composition at the time of arrest: wife, two daughters living at the same address. The son and daughter lived at other addresses and another daughter lived in Moscow. Arrested on January 30, 1950. Directorate of the USSR Ministry of State Security for the Leningrad Region, accused under Article 58-10, Part I and 58-II of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the Special Meeting of the USSR Ministry of State Security dated 08.1950, IGL was sentenced to ten years. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By the conclusion of the Leningrad Prosecutor dated May 20, 1991, he was rehabilitated under Art. I Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
