Prestin Konstantin Fedorovich
Engineer
Born September 30, 1886 in Kronstadt, Russian, no military registration, higher education, graduated from the St. Petersburg Naval Corps in 1907. Lived in Leningrad (Pushkinskaya St., Bldg. 10, Apt. 10b). Pensioner, from August 15, 1934 an engineer in the Design Bureau of the Leningrad Experimental Mechanical Plant. Arrested on August 8, 1935 by the Leningrad Region Directorate of the NKVD of the USSR. By the Resolution of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated August 9, 1935, he was exiled to the city of Orenburg for a term of five years as a socially dangerous element. Arrested in Orenburg, died under investigation on September 9, 1937. By the conclusion of the Leningrad prosecutor, he was rehabilitated in accordance with Article I of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 16, 1989.
