Arrested on 02/04/1933 by the OGPU PP at his place of residence in Moscow, Lyalin lane, 29, apt. 3. Accused of criminal activity and sabotage activities in the Geological Exploration Trust. Sentenced on 07/04/1933 by a troika at the OGPU PP for the Moscow Region to 3 years of labor camp under Art. 58-7 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Imprisoned in Siblag. Rehabilitated in July 1991 by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office.
