Genus. in 1889 in St. Petersburg; secondary education; b/p. In 1926 he lived in Leningrad, Griboyedov Canal embankment, 97/26, apt. 38. Worked as a teacher of physical education courses for the sewing workers' union at the club named after. Lenin. Arrested 12/28/1926. On May 13, 1927, Os at the Kogpu was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev, Kharkov, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don, the above mentioned and border provinces, with attachment to a specific place of residence for 3 years, and was released from custody. He chose Barnaul as his place of residence (according to other sources, he lived in Ivanovo-Voznesensk). By the resolution of the Kogpu on March 24, 1928, the amnesty period was reduced by ¼. The resolution of the OS KOGPU 01.10.1929 allowed, after serving the sentence, free residence throughout the country. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on April 24, 1989.
