Genus. in 1886 in the Irkutsk province in the family of a priest; Russian. He studied at the theological seminary, but was expelled for revolutionary activities. In 1907 he was arrested and exiled to Yakutsk, in 1914 he was transferred to Usolye, Siberian province. After the revolution, he was engaged in cooperation, fur business, in 1918–1919 he was a trade representative of Soviet Russia in the Far Eastern Republic; In 1931 he lived in Khabarovsk, worked as an inspector for the quality of furs at Dalohotsoyuz; arrested by EKU OGPU DCK 02/28/1931; sentenced by the OSO at the Kogpu DCK on April 22, 1932 under Art. 58-7 for deportation to Kazakhstan for a period of 3 years. Rehabilitated in the 1931 case by the Presidium of the Khabarovsk Court on 06/07/1963.
