Born 11/01/1881 in Wenden (according to the house register - in Riga), Latvia; Latvian; from peasant background; primary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1903–1935. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (10 Tchaikovsky St., Apt. 49). Director of the Vulcan plant, then director of Avtoremsnab. Arrested 08/01/1935, accused of “belonging to the counter-revolutionary Zinoviev group”. By the resolution of the Special Committee of the NKVD of the USSR dated 10/02/1935, sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned on Solovki. By the resolution of the Special Troika of the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD dated 14/10/1937, sentenced to capital punishment. He was executed on 01/11/1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian ASSR). Rehabilitated on September 3, 1956 and January 25, 1957 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court.
