Born in 1889 in St. Petersburg, no service. Naval officer, graduated from the Naval Corps and the Artillery Officer Class. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (34 Dostoevsky St., Apt. 7). Assistant Chief Engineer of the Central Design Bureau of Special Shipbuilding No. 1. Arrested on 17.01.1937. By a visiting session of the Supreme Court of the USSR Supreme Court on 04.05.1937, he was sentenced to capital punishment under Article 58-7-8 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was executed on 05.05.1937.
