Richter Anna Teodorovna (Feodorovna)

Genus. 11/30/1882 in Veliky Ustyug (Vologda region); Russian; higher education (Medical Faculty of Moscow University, 1912). 08/06/1921 arrested by the Kyiv GubChK in the case of the Ukrainian combat counter-revolutionary organization "TSUPKOM" (Central Ukrainian Insurgent Committee). Sentenced to 2 years in labor camp. Employee, dentist at the Red Cross clinic. Lived in Kyiv. Arrested 12/14/1937. Sentenced by the Resolution of the NKVD commission and the USSR Prosecutor of January 19, 1938, protocol No. 179 in accordance with order No. 00439 (without trial and without the “troika”), to VMN. Shot on March 29, 1938 in the Kyiv NKVD prison. Rehabilitated in the case of 1921 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Kyiv Region on April 23, 1996. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by ruling No. 2395/0-18 of the Military Tribunal of the Kyiv Military District dated November 9, 1958.
04/11/2018 in Kyiv, at house No. 14 on Lutheranskaya Street, a memorial sign was erected in memory of A.T. Richter. as part of the "Last Address" project.
