Charged under Art. 58-7, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (was a member of an anti-Soviet right-wing organization, on whose instructions he was engaged in sabotage and sabotage activities). Died in the prison hospital on 02/02/1939 . Due to death, the case was closed. Rehabilitated 05/11/1956.
