Genus. in 1903 in Novograd-Volynsky, Volyn province; son of a clergyman; Jew; Higher education: graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Moscow Higher Technical University. In 1928 he lived in Moscow, a student; arrested and sentenced by the OGPU OS to deportation for Trotskyist activities to the Ural region for 3 years; in August 1929 he was released early from exile due to his departure from Trotskyism. Since 1935 he lived in Arkhangelsk, worked as head of the design department and head of the construction group of Arkhbumstroy; arrested 06/05/1936; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on October 27, 1936 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years of correctional labor camp. In 1937 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 09/08/1937 to VMN; executed on October 16, 1937. Rehabilitated in the 1936 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region on October 5, 1999; in the case of 1937 - in August 1957 and 01/09/1958.
