Genus. in 1902 in Mitava (Latvia); Russian; Secondary education: in 1918 he graduated from 6 classes of a gymnasium, in 1924 he graduated from a workers' school in Moscow. In 1936 he lived in Arkhangelsk, worked as an economist in the production and technical department of Arkhbumstroi; arrested 06/05/1936; sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on October 27, 1936 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years in the ITL, sent to Kolyma. In 1937 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 09/08/1937 to VMN; executed on October 16, 1937. Rehabilitated in the 1936 case by the Presidium of the Arkhangelsk Regional Court on 01/09/1958; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on August 30, 1957.
