Arrested on May 28, 1963, on charges of preparing to blow up radio station No. 3 in Minsk. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the BSSR on 10/07/1963 under Art. 67 part 1, 65, 69 of the Criminal Code of the BSSR to 10 years in prison. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By decree of the PVS of the BSSR dated December 26, 1967, the term was reduced to 5 years. Released on May 28, 1968.
