Arrested on 05/27/1963 on charges of preparing the explosion of radio station No. 3. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the BSSR on 10/07/1963 under Article 67, Part 1, 65, 69 of the Criminal Code of the BSSR to 8 years in prison. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga. By decree of the PVS of the BSSR dated November 3, 1966, the term was reduced to 5 years. Released on May 27, 1968.
