In 1930 he lived in Leningrad, teacher of physics and electrical engineering at the Military Technical Academy; arrested 11/14/1930; sentenced by the Exit Session of the Kogpu on April 26, 1931 to 3 years in a concentration camp; By resolution of the Kogpu dated April 3, 1932, he was released early and on parole. From 1934 he worked at the Institute of Experimental Meteorology (Main Geophysical Observatory); professor at the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute; Doctor of Physics and Mathematics; in 1945–1947, head of the department of electrical measuring instruments at LITMO. Died in 1959. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on September 20, 1989.
