Stulov Nikolay Fedorovich

Genus. 07/05/1903 in the village of Babino, Spassky s/s, Kharovsky district, Vologda province; Russian; b/p, secondary education: graduated from Vologda Trade School and 2 years of Leningrad University. In 1925 he lived in Leningrad. Arrested on April 13, 1925, charged under Art. 62 and 68 of the Criminal Code. Fast. The OS at the OGPU collegium dated June 12, 1925 was determined to be sent to N.F. Stulov. to the Urals for 3 years. In 1929 he lived in Vologda, worked as an economist-planner of the Vologda Artelsoyuz. By decree of the Kogpu dated March 9, 1929, he was deprived of the right to reside in 6 settlements for a period of 3 years. By resolution of the Kogpu dated July 8, 1931, the period was extended for another 3 years. Sentenced by the OSO at the OGPU on October 21, 1932 under Art. 19, 58-2, 11 by 3 years of ITL. Rehabilitated in the 1931 case by the prosecutor's office of the Vologda region on April 29, 1989.
On 10/17/1937 he was sentenced by a troika at the NKVD in the Arkhangelsk region to 10 years in a labor camp without specifying an article. Arrived in Ivdellag 10/31/1937; released 12/07/1946; left for the Cherepovets district of the Vologda region. Rehabilitated 06/08/1989; 09.14.1995.
After his release, he lived in Krasnoufimsk, Sverdlovsk region, and worked as the head of the planning and economic department of the Krasnoufimsk timber industry enterprise. Died in 1975.
