Genus. in 1891 in Leningrad, Russian, non-partisan, from the nobility, graduated from the electromechanical department of the Naval Academy in 1925, senior military representative of the Navy's control and acceptance apparatus for arms control, military engineer of the 2nd rank. Arrested 09/19/1937. On February 22, 1938, at a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad, he was sentenced under Art. Art. 58-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on February 22, 1938. Rehabilitated on March 29, 1958 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
