Genus. in 1954 in Leningrad, Russian, secondary education, mechanic. He worked as a paper-making machine operator at the Svetoch factory. Arrested in Leningrad on July 4, 1978 by the KGB on charges of espionage. Convicted by the Leningrad City Court under Art. 64a to 11 years of penal colony and 2 years of exile. He was kept in institutions VS-389/37 and VS-389/35 in 1979-1989. In exile - in the village of Parabel, Tomsk region. Released on April 26, 1990 due to pardon. He returned to Leningrad and worked as a turner.
