Baranov Alexey Ivanovich

Genus. in 1913 in St. Petersburg; Russian; member of the Komsomol. In 1934–1935 he was twice convicted under Art. 74 part 2 and 17-162 paragraph “d”. In 1935 he lived in Leningrad, a student at the Leningrad Textile Institute; arrested 03/04/1935; sentenced under Art. 58-12 (“failure to report”) to 3 years of labor camp. In 1937 he was in Svirlag; sentenced by the Branch of the Special Collegium of the Leningrad Regional Court at Svirlag of the NKVD of the USSR on June 30, 1937 under Art. 16-109 to 2 years without loss of rights with the addition of this term to the unserved term under a previously passed sentence.
