Born in 1891 in Riga, Latvian, non-party member, senior dispatcher of the Muzlesdrev office. Lived in Leningrad (60/7 Marata St., Apt. 19). Arrested on 03.02.1938. By the Resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor of 25.03.1938, sentenced under Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 01.04.1938. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District Military Tribunal on 27.11.1957.
