Genus. in 1938 in the Kalinin region, Russian, non-resident, student of the physics department of the Kalinin Pedagogical Institute. He often argued with the teachers of the Department of Political Economy. In 1966, he was given a psychiatric examination. Based on the diagnosis, he was expelled from the institute. In March 1968, he was arrested for “anti-Soviet statements.” Convicted under Art. 190 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, six months later he was sent to the Leningrad Special Psychiatric Hospital, where he remained until October 1974, after which he was sent to the regional psychiatric hospital of the Tver region, p/o Burashevo. Released 05/06/1975.
