Genus. in 1890 in the village of Selugardan, Temir-Khan-Shurinsky district, Dagestan region, Russian, non-partisan, commander of the Western Dvina flotilla. Arrested by the Cheka on October 21, 1920 on suspicion of participation in a counter-revolutionary organization. November 13, 1920 released from custody. He worked as a designer at the Bolshevik plant. Arrested 03/02/1930; obv.: espionage and sabotage activities. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium on June 23, 1930, he was sentenced to death, replaced by imprisonment in a concentration camp for 10 years. (Died in the camp in 1950 - data not verified)
