Genus. in 1878   With. Aleshino, Tula province; German; from the nobility; secondary education (gymnasium and secondary school, 1897); b/p. Before the First World War - an employee of the Ministry of Land Management and Agriculture in Saratov, during the war - an ensign of the RIA militia in the mountain artillery division, then in the White Army, in the Armed Forces of Southern Russia. Arrested in May 1920 by the Special Department of the Revolutionary Military Council of the XI Red Army in Agdash, Azerbaijan . Sentenced on March 13, 1921 by the Board of the Ryazan Gubernia Cheka on charges of serving in the White Army to 2 years in a concentration camp. Imprisoned in the Ryazan provincial concentration camp. O was released in April 1922. In the mid-1920s. moved to Baku, lived at the address: st. Fizuli, 3, apt. 21. In 1926-1927 worked as secretary of the Azerbaijan Arbitration Commission, then as an economist-statistician at one of the local state farms. Arrested by the NKVD of the AzSSR   07/23/1941 in Cuba. Sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR to   10 years of ITL.

Died in 1941. Rehabilitated in 1966.
