Born in 1907 in Riga; German; member of the CPSU (1928-1935); higher education. Worked as a designer of the turbine shop at the Kirov Plant. Lived in Leningrad, Plekhanov St., Bldg. 39, Apt. 30. Arrested on 17.06.1936. Sentenced on 22.08.1936 by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a correctional labor camp. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad City Court on 19.03.1957.
