Genus. in 1894 in the village. Sovka, Ryazhsky district, Ryazan region, married, lived in Leningrad, Lesnoy pr., b, Spasskaya 27, apt. 2. Arrested by the NKVD Department of the Leningrad Region. 03/22/1937 convicted by the Visiting Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property, deprivation of the military rank of regimental commissar and loss of rights for 5 years. He served his sentence in the Sevvostlag of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs (Magadan). Released on March 28, 1947. Lived in Tyumen, st. Polevaya, 4, worked as a lawyer for Tyumenles. Arrested for the second time by the UMGB in the Tyumen region on April 19, 1950. By the Decree of the OS under the USSR MGB of 08/05/1950 under Art. 17, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code, he was sentenced to exile in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where he died on February 28, 1954. Rehabilitated 12/26/1957.
