By the verdict of the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces dated January 24, 1952, as amended by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces dated September 10, 1955, he was convicted under Art. 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in prison. Released on September 14, 1955. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Supreme Commander of the USSR Armed Forces dated February 16, 1961.
