Genus. in 1910 in the village of Ingulets, Krivoy Rog district, Yekaterinoslav province; Jew; secondary education: graduated from 7 classes, studied for 2 years at a vocational school for metalworkers, completed 6-month courses of technical regulation. In 1937 he lived in Magnitogorsk, worked as the head of the planning and production department of the intra-factory railway transport of the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; arrested 02/17/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Commissariat of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 08/08/1937 under Art. 58-7, 8, 11 by the age of 10 ITL. In 1938 - a prisoner of the Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika of the UNKVD for Dalstroy on 08/10/1938 to VMN; shot 08/13/1938. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1937 by the VK of the USSR Armed Forces on 07/26/1957; in the case of 1938 - 11/09/1962.
