In 1936 he lived in Magnitogorsk, worked as director of grocery store No. 3; arrested 10/25/1936; sentenced by the Chelyabinsk Regional Court on February 27, 1937 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 6 years in prison. By the resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated June 10, 1938, issued in the manner of judicial supervision, the verdict and ruling of the cassation instance were canceled and the case was returned for a new trial on the grounds of the leniency of the imposed punishment; By the decision of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated April 20, 1937, the sentence was upheld. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 02/17/1938 to VMN; shot 03/09/1938. By decision of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court dated November 4, 1939, the case was dismissed “due to the death of the accused.” Rehabilitated in the 1936 case by the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 27, 1963; in the 1938 case – 11/11/1963.
