By the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 06/10/1938, issued in the order of judicial supervision, the verdict and ruling of the cassation instance were canceled and the case was returned for a new trial on the grounds of the leniency of the sentence imposed; By the decision of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court dated November 4, 1939, the case was dismissed due to the death of the accused. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1936 by the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 27, 1963.
