Genus. in 1912 in the town of Rezina (Bessarabia); Jew. In 1936 he lived in Magnitogorsk, worked as a hairdresser in the consumer services complex of the Kirovsky district of Magntigorsk. Arrested 05/28/1936. Sentenced by the Chelyabinsk Regional Court on February 27, 1937 under Art. 58-10 hours 1 to 6 years labor camp. By the decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated 06/10/1938, issued in the order of judicial supervision, the verdict and ruling of the cassation instance were canceled and the case was returned for a new trial on the grounds of the leniency of the sentence imposed. By the decision of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR dated April 20, 1937, the verdict was upheld. In 1941 he lived at the station. Kartaly of the Chelyabinsk region, worked as a hairdresser in the Raykomkhoz of the Poltava region. Arrested 03/22/1941. On September 11, 1941, he was sentenced to 10 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated in the case of 1936 by the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 27, 1963.
