In December 1930, Mr.. appointed chief physician of the psychiatric hospital. THEM. Balinsky. Lived in Leningrad: st. Teryaeva, d. 21/12, apt. 36. Arrested on 03/14/1931 by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the OGPU in the Leningrad Military District. He was under investigation in the Kresty prison. By the decision of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated 08.08.1931, he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Central Asia under Art. 58-11, as a member of a Trotskyist underground organization. He served a link in the city of Bekbudi (modern Karshi, Uzbekistan), where he worked in a psychiatric hospital. In 1932-1934. was in Tashkent. At the end of his exile in May 1934, he moved to the village. Kishkinka, Oryol region Transferred to Saratov, worked in the Saratov Regional Hospital. Arrested 05/12/1935. Under investigation, he was kept in the Saratov prison. By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated 10/10/1935, he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Kazakhstan on charges of counter-revolutionary activities. In December 1935, he was transported to Alma-Ata, then to the city of Kyzyl-Orda (modern Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan). In March 1936, the family moved in with Sh. Arrested in May 1936. Transferred to Chimkent. By a special meeting at the NKVD of the USSR on May 28, 1936, he was sentenced to 5 years in labor camp (review of the sentence in the old case). Staged in the village. Kyltovo (Knyazhpogostsky district, Republic of Komi), where he worked in the infirmary for prisoners. In the spring of 1937 he was transferred to Vorkutlag. He worked on the construction of the Vorkuta mine. In September 1938 he was transferred to OLP No. 4, worked as a doctor. In the autumn of 1939 he was appointed chief physician of the infirmary in Abezi. Released 05/28/1941. I went to the village Kharyaga (modern YNAO) to his imprisoned wife. In connection with the beginning of the Second World War, he was forced to stay in the city of Pechora (Republic of Komi). He worked as a camp doctor. In 1955 (according to other sources - in 1956) he left for the city of Smela (Cherkasy region, Ukraine). In 1956 he returned to Leningrad. He died in 1974. He was rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Saratov Regional Court on 10/10/1958 (in the case of 1935), the Prosecutor's Office of Leningrad on 08/03/1989 (in the case of 1931).
